My hopefully healthy 2016 – May – D-MONTH!!!!!!!

Monday 9th May

Eventually a return on one of the hottest days of the year and I was on leave too. Lets just get to the detail I say:- alternating backrest bike with cross trainer to begin with leg weights thrown in. Then alternating backrest bike with free weights and then sit ups. Return to alternations of the cross trainer and backrest bike to finish.  Decent session – very sweaty (partly cos of heat of the day) – but in isolation makes no difference. Need to continue to go to get some benefit anyways.

Saturday 14th May

Oh well another big gap before a return – things not looking promising for a renewal – heyho especially with bacon sarnies and an ice finger as breakfast!!!!!!! Workout as follows:- alternating backrest bike with cross trainer to begin then alternating backrest bike with pull weights. More alternation of backrest bike with cross trainer before sit ups and backrest bike to finish.

Wednesday 18th May

Back in – no gym cancellation imminent – okley doke workout as follows:- alternating backrest bike with cross trainer to begin then leg weights. More alternation of backrest bike with cross trainer before sit ups and backrest bike to finish.

Friday 20th May

Bloodyhell I’m doing a Friday night!!!!!!! – Workout as follows – alternating backrest bike with cross trainer to begin then leg weights. More alternation of backrest bike with cross trainer then free weights. Leg weights to follow then further alternation of backrest bike and cross trainer to finish. No session tomorrow FA Cup Final all dayer 🙂

Tuesday 24th May

I have returned after an aborted attempt on Sunday!!!!!!! Workout as follows:- backrest bike alternating with cross trainer. Leg weights followed by backrest bike, then sit ups with backrest bike to finish. Shame about the crisps and choc afterwards!!!!!!!

Thursday26th May

Unfortunately guilted into it today after a Domino’s pizza and the superb Chicken Mix Box. So workout as follows:- backrest bike alternating with cross trainer to begin before moving on to arm weights. Return to cross trainer alternating with backrest bike followed by leg weights. Then sit ups, followed by leg weights with backrest bike to finish. At least I went I suppose!!!!!!!

A slightly underwhelming month #UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!
