My hopefully healthy 2016 – FEBRUARY

Monday February 1st (630pm start)

So into February – and the health kick (with the odd lapse or two) continues – Workout as follows:-  alternating back rest bike with cross trainer (forward backwards workout / Kilimanjaro). Leg weights followed by pull weights with back rest bike to finish. No gym tomorrow at the match #COTROM 🙂

Wednesday February 3rd (6pm start)

Very demotivated today – bad with my food intake and big choco crash 🙁 made it to gym but am I making progress – feck knows, need to get balance right or what’s the point!!!!!!! Anyways workout as follows – alternating back rest bike with cross trainer (forward backwards workout / Kilimanjaro). Pull weights followed by leg weights with back rest bike to finish. Focus the key tomorrow – TRY AND EAT HEALTHFULLY!!!!!!!

Friday February 5th (345pm start)

Woke up today thinking my only one day gap was at an end but an early finish from work saved the day. Workout as follows – alternating back rest bike with cross trainer (forward backwards workout / Kilimanjaro). Leg weights followed by pull weights with back rest bike to finish. A strange start to the month, very much looking to up the intensity but not really done so this month, though I am making myself go. Strange times but need to get through this lack of apathy by at least turning up and doing something. Realisation has PROPERLY hit –  THIS IS NOT EASY AT ALL!!!!!!!

A LOST WEEK PEEPS – AWFUL FROM MYSELF!!!!!!! two words cover it – ‘EPIC FAIL’ – the one day gap rule (unless a good reason) has been smashed and now I have to re-evaluate and start again. To be honest these things do happen, you always have set backs, its how you react from these that show strength or weakness. I start again on the road to a healthy lifestyle as below – SHOCKING!!!!!!! but salvageable – down to me or same old same old same old.

Saturday February 13th (845am start)

So the road to some kind of redemption has begun – well sort off as at pub after game for footie and rugby – heyho ;). So workout as follows – alternating back rest bike with cross trainer (forward backwards workout / Kilimanjaro). Conditioning then some sit ups followed by crunches then back rest bike. Pull weights then leg weights before pull down weights. Back rest bike to finish. Plan for a similar workout tomorrow – early before all the footie and rugby starts – focus h – FOCUS!!!!!!!

Sunday February 14th (945am start)

Meant to get to gym before 9am – but my bed was calling – at least I made it bearing in mind my meltdown in the last week. Workout as follows – alternating back rest bike with cross trainer (forward backwards workout / Kilimanjaro). Free weights and leg weights followed by back rest bike. Conditioning then some arm sit ups followed by back rest bike to finish.

Monday February 15th 2016 (630pm start)

Late start but felt good during the workout which was as follows:- alternating back rest bike with cross trainer (forward backwards workout / Kilimanjaro). Conditioning then some sit ups followed by crunches then leg weights. Back rest bike to finish. Onto Tuesday more of the same hopefully – BUT LESS CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!

Another weak period of no gym – talking means nothing – action and actually getting to the gym AND eating the right thinks is the only way that progress will be made. Kidding myself I’m making strides at the moment – first job is getting to gym even on days when cannot be bothered – mental thing which I NEED TO SOLVE!!!!!!!

Saturday February 20th (1145am start)

Return the workout as follows:- alternating back rest bike with cross trainer (forward backwards workout / Kilimanjaro). Conditioning then some arms and legs sit ups followed by leg weights. Back rest bike to finish.

A shocking month – all the hard work of January – GONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Time to start again in March – cant really say much more really. Talking means feck all – action and committing to a healthier lifestyle the only way it is going to happen. And that is down to me AND ONLY ME.
