Monday 11th July
Back in the gym after a VERY long time off. Will just get into the nitty gritty as no amount of artistic licence is going to cover the fact that I have been a right lazy ‘mutha fecka’ whilst footie and Wimby on. Backrest bike to begin alternating with cross trainer. Leg weights and then backrest bike to finish. The main target is to actually go to the gym to be fair (every day for rest of this month is doable really – though Thursday’s might become Curry Club days) even if I have a late one at work or something like that as workout 30-45 mins for during week, plan for longer at weekend as will try and throw in some free weights and /or a sit ups routine. ALL DOWN TO ME SIMPLE AS.
Wednesday 12th July
Well the every day (apart from maybe Thursday’s) – GONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! Oh well it is now an every other day run (though even that is unlikely i’d say). Workout for today as follows:- backrest bike to begin alternating with cross trainer. Then moving onto leg weights and then backrest bike to finish, As said Thursday’s unlikely because of curry club. Hopefully I will make Friday, especially as at a lunch for my work colleague who goes on maternity leave then – I have gone for the extra side :-s
Sunday 24th July
Back in the gym – workout as follows:- backrest bike to begin alternating with cross trainer. Then moving onto leg weights and then backrest bike to finish. Short and sweet today peeps.
Oh well three visits – embarrassing really – plan is for a detox August anyways – but visits to the gym too – short sessions but attendance key – fact is – I DO HAVE THE TIME!!!!!!!
