My hopefully healthy 2016 – June – The Ibiza conditioning begins #thinkpositive!!!!!!!

Wednesday 1st June

First day of a new month and due to the non gym cancellation I need to focus and steel myself. So workout as follows:- backrest bike alternating with cross trainer to begin with. Then arms and legs sit ups followed by leg weights with backrest bike to end. Out with some mates later today plenty food and drink to be had, everyones allowed to enjoy themselves – well that’s what ill be telling myself anyways!!!!!!!

Thursday 2nd June

My first back to back days for some time – actually since the first 2 days of April!!!!!!! Workout as follows:- backrest bike alternating with cross trainer to begin with. Then leg weights and pull weights with backrest bike to end. Pretty good hey, well apart from the sandwich, shortbread and then kebab food intake – back in on Saturday. Busy tomorrow – funeral 🙁

Saturday 4th June

Back in for an early morning start – workout as follows:- backrest bike alternating with cross trainer to begin with. Then free weights and sit ups alternating with backrest bike to end. Hopefully the food intake will be steady (and healthy) for the rest of the day.

Sunday 5th June

Well, well, well – 5 days into the month and 4 gym sessions – not overly killing myself but hopefully getting into the routine again. Workout as follows:- backrest bike alternating with cross trainer to begin with. Then pull weights and arms and legs sit ups alternating with backrest bike to end. Work on food intake still required – nice choccy bar mind!!!!!!! Back at the coalface at work tomorrow – need to steel myself to go afterwards – even if that does included heading back home first – FOCUS, FOCUS FOCUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Oh well – the so called focus slightly shifted. To be fair I did have a bit of an infection and a slight injury so that is a decent enough excuse for basically missing the rest of the month!!!!!!! Well it would be if not also for the football and now the tennis. My plan is to be back on the 11th July – the day after the Euro 2016 Final on the 10th of July, which is also the same day as the Men’s Singles Final at Wimbledon. Oh and it is also Chorlton Beer Festival that weekend so will be being very unhealthy anyways!!!!!!!

#JULYSTEEL – now the focus if I don’t return – a canx of the gym membership is a real possibility.
