Despite a near bail out I made it with workout as follows:- alternating back rest bike with cross trainer (forward backwards workout / Kilimanjaro). Onto free weights followed by leg weights. Back rest bike to finish. Here hoping I can keep this up, though no go tomorrow as at the footie – a justified excuse for once.
Yes that was it – the only time I went to the gym this month EPICUS FAILIUS!!!!!!! I have had a knee injury and a bad back but that no excuse. April will be a make or break month as if I not going no point in keeping up the membership – watch this space peeps – heres hoping hey :-s
